Please make sure you set your app as "Mobile client app" on the app API settings page.
The settings location: 1) visit https://manage.dev.live.com/; 2) login, select your app, 3) Select "Edit settings", then select "API Settings".
Separately, we just updated the service endpoints, so please sync to the latest bits.
