可以对页面元素进行缩放的JavaScript插件，无需jQuery等插件依赖。此插件参考自zoomerang@yyx990803，借鉴了部分功能function，对缩放逻辑重新设计。
update:
2015/12/6:基础缩放功能已经完成，未添加API，zoom-in\zoom-out属性在IE下存在bug
2015/12/10: 增加API，可通过config对插件进行初始化，当前API有：showTime、bgColor、scale和bgOpacity。制作了一个简单的demo。 TODO:
bug：对浮动图片缩放效果不佳、带文字div放大后文字显示不全、body不是100%高度时bug。
