Decided to go with an embedded db. Why implement a db?

Decided to go with boltdb for now because it's written in pure go and can keep our binary small ish and static: github.com/boltdb/bolt

For now, only implementing run job if job has run logic.

The key is the job id with a sha256 hash of the arguments catted onto the end

from gflow.
