Solved for tab:
$config['download-category']['tabs'] = null;
I tried true as opposite to false.

Hm, it works for the name too, but name is saved in the database, so it was not seen without deleting records.

I need a pause...
Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
I have confirmed that my tokens are correct, that it returns correct url
http://localhost/***/download/category/6/stuff-in-development/3

but it still displays e_SELF on the front, only (no page number)
http://localhost/***/download/category/6/stuff-in-development/

Sometimes I see metatag tab as the second one, then it's bellow.

EDIT: I know where is problem. Pagination. Entity_type and entity_id are not enough. Because when I am no second page, it takes cached data for that category.
