@Kupuyc Clone this repo into the packages folder in your Meteor app (create it if it doesn't exist) and checkout the fix/ie-position branch. Meteor will discover the local version of the package.

So:

# Step into your Meteor app, create `packages` if it doesn't exist. I don't know how to do that on Windows.
cd packages
git clone [email protected]:lookback/meteor-tooltips.git lookback:tooltips
git fetch origin
git checkout origin/fix/ie-position
# Run app
