Also got Jonah to test it on his newer Mac and it had the same error with this cmake output:

It should be fixed now. Unfortunately I don't have an apple computer where I can test the fix, so please let me know if you manage to compile it!

As for the warnings, they are due to one of the external libraries oxDNA includes. I guess I could try to blindly fix it, but again, I need access to a mac in order to test it. I'll try to request access to one of my colleagues' computer.
