This is a two-parter:
- How to Play (should be like, collect these, destroy these, etc.)
- Controls (full screen dedicated to how to move around the screen etc.)

Controls modal should just be for mouse/keyboard combo. Let user figure out that they can just use arrow keys and space.

Just do a screen explaining the new controls and call it "How to play".
