Create Waze data ingestion dashboard that includes charts for S3 and RDS sizes, file ingestion counts, costs, etc.

Would it be reasonable to use CloudWatch metrics for this? The S3 and RDS metrics (as well as Lambda, SQS, and other health/monitoring metrics) will already be published on a daily-ish rate (up to second/minute for lambda and queue metrics). There might be a couple custom metrics to publish, but otherwise most of this should be out of the box available, just need to knit together a nice CloudWatch dashboard.
