v2ray插件与ipv6冲突导致无法启动

又从头试了一次 确实有这个问题
开启bbr
v2ray-plugin ws+tls+web+cdn 按步骤安装

脚本显示
当前状态: 已安装 但 未启动

ss服务
为active(exited)状态

直接ss-server运行

具体原因不知道 实际上端口也并没有被占用
去掉config文件中的 "::0" 后可解决
