Moving face-down cards the other might want to open during his turn is bad, and should not be possible. In a somewhat-serious game, you don't mess with the cards after the match starts. Already scored cards however can be movable. I hope this makes sense.

The hassle seems to outweigh the usefulness. Thus only nice to have.

To recap:

• classic: before any pair had been scored, anyone might move any card, regardless of his turn
• classic: when a pair has been scored:
  • scored cards can be moved by anyone at any time
  • unscored cards can only be moved by the current player
• rush: anyone can move anything at any time.
