It ignores files that are not in git/are in the .gitignore

Are those files generated by grunt tracked on git as well?
The only way to get the difference between uploads/commits is by tracking it with git. On the issue #15 there's a suggestion to implement a simple file comparison if you don't use git.

@lucasmotta I'm working with @bramdevries on this project.
The files are not in git, it makes no sense to track files that are generated every x minutes.
But with the include flag we can upload them, the only problem we have now is this: #22.

Great! Just answered there, I hope it makes sense for you guys.
Whenever I will have some spare time I will try to implement the simple file comparison to upload only the modified files (through timestamp probably).
