需求内容： 读书过程的监督
监督方式（暂定）：
1.每月按照开智读书会公布的一本书单进行读书；
2.月底之前，形成阅读该书之后的读书**（文字版）；
3.读书**的形式可以是以下二选一的：
a)技能封装分享；
b)阅读后的**对自己人生（生活/工作等）的影响，并复盘该影响产生的行动情况；
未完成惩处： 连续两次未完成，移除组织；
