Recommender on website not yet finished
I modified and optimized a dataset provided by streateasy that contained thousands of apartments and their characteristics. I used a multiple linear regression model to predict the price of rent of an apartment in Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan based on square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. My findings revealed important trends in the dataset and important insights to take in consideration when purchasing or leasing an apartment.
