TrackingRays.fx randomly makes the game super dark while active.

Does this only happen with COD Black Ops? Have you noticed the issue in any or all of your other games?

After some testing I'm pretty sure it's only with black ops. Wobbly Life (Unity Engine, DX11) didn't have issues and and Half-Life 2 (Source Engine, DX9) also didn't have issues. I've also noticed that the bug seems to be triggered when a new part of the level gets loaded. For example, I played Kino der Toten and enabled the effect right as the level loaded and everything went black almost immediately. Did another test where I waited for a few seconds before doing so and it was fine until i manually quit the game at round 4. I was able to complete the "Victor Charlie" mission of the campaign without issues as well.
