Different UX for wall-based object placement

The out-of-the-box UX of model-viewer is more suitable for ground placement.

See if can come up with a better, easier method for wall placement. May have to modify model-viewer lib to give access to underlying three.js scene more, etc.

Add basic PWA support

Add a basic manifest to enable PWA testing.

Later can consider more advanced PWA usage: full offline support, etc.

Improve TV model

Take off legs and move up vertically; would work better if ready for wall placement.

Add AR view overlays

For switching between product models, showing product information, and other display options while in AR view.

Easy to do with model-viewer which used DOM Overlay API available in Chrome 83+. To support browsers without DOM Overlay would require a fallback to WebGL-based UI+input system.
