Windows 8 64 bit: MachineClient does not find HalRemote/machinekithalremoteplugin.dll

I can build MachineClient for Win 8 64 bit with msvc2013,
however when being started from within QtCreator
the latter yields:

machinekithalremoteplugin.dll is there.

random segfaults

I often see a random segfaults:

/opt/machinekit-client/machinekit-client: line 13: 20454 Segmentation fault      /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 "$CWD"/bin/machinekit-client $@

@Strahlex can you provide binaries of MachinekitClient with debugging information enabled?

Low FPS on Ubuntu 16.04

On Ubuntu 16.04 the OpenGL preview has a very low (maybe 0.5) frames per second number with a moderate big ngc file, see video. @Strahlex can you reproduce this issue on other platforms Windows / Mac?

Fail to discover instance

It fail to discover instance on build: machinekit-client_v0.9.3-28_windows_x86.zip/ machinekit-client_v0.9.3-28_windows_x86.zip / machinekit-client_v0.9.3-7_android_armv7.apk

but It can discover the instance and show cetus with google play store android version on date 3 July.

how can I trace the discover path?

Buildbot Android APKs

Please add the Android APKs to http://buildbot.roessler.systems/files/machinekit-client/ so I can test these in my Android emulator without installing the Play Store.

Android: tab titles are overlapped by buttons.

As an example see the screenshot:

Quickstart button for specified instance and interface

Hi Alexander,

This is not a bug but feature request.
During the usage of machinekit client, I am thinking maybe the "wizard" method to start an interface for a specified printer is not straightforward. In my opinion, it's good to put the wizard method to setup a machine and the corresponding interface, but after it's done, there should be some shortcut or launch button to start the specified interface. There are many ways to implement something like this, for example, start an home page with customisable launch button, or accept arguments (ip, interface etc.) for startup directly.

What will you say about this?

Different number of services: Android vs. Windows

I do not know if it is a bug or a feature but it is at least worth clarification.

Machinekit kit runs on debian wheezy.
I start mklauncher mkwrapper-sim/ .

Then start MachinekitClient on Windows 8.1:

Stop MachinekitClient on Windows. Start MachinekitClient on Android:

The connection runs in both cases over WiFi with my home router inbetween.
