Github actions results doesn't match manual equivalent.

It is all correct. The checkout was there to make the GitHub actions identical to manual steps.

I ended up finding the source of the issue, the backend server was forcing a redirect which failed the tests.

It is still strange that the GitHub actions and the manual steps behaved differently. I don't know if if has anything to do with ec2-github-runner. In my environment, that was the only thing that caused the bug to show up.

Note that the steps in do-the-job are being run as root (see #64). Few other things to check:

• Is this correct run: cd foo && docker build -t frontend-test:latest frontend/.? (the foo bit)
• Is there a reason you are not using the checkout action in the Clone repo step?
• Does the backend take some time to initialize?
