So, as we use the same mechanism the webpage does, there's not much we can do if the webpage xfer doesn't work. You could try asking TiVo support for help, but they're not very keen on supporting this stuff; if you have TiVo Desktop, it should also not be working and they may be willing to help.

The usual answer is indeed "Reboot your TiVo" as the file transfer agent inside the tivo is quite fragile, and rebooting usually fixes it, but you've already done that.
