Add SVGs for use on the web

You could use SketchTool to setup a make target for easy export from the Sketch file to different formats.

Seems like the sketchtool isn't wokring for the provided sketch file. I keep getting error like the following:

Could maybe be because the file is created in Sketch Beta?

I created a pull request - #32 - including all icons as SVGs, hopefully this will get merged soon.
