This should be possible by returning HTSYSMENU in the WM_NCHITTEST message handler in BorderlessWindowBehavior.cs as soon as the mouse is over the Window icon.
The problem is that we don't know how large the icon is, because this is defined in the style for MetroWindow.

I have noticed that in many programs without an icon (chrome, firefox, office 2007) this behavior still exists at the top 16x16 square...

In fact the right-click works on full titlebar on every window, not only the icon. I have already done it and now I'm struggling to limit this to only the titlebar - currently it's on whole form background. Also left-click on icon has to be added... I will let you know when I get decent results.

This is now implemented in my latest pull request.... huhhhhhhh this was a brain teaser :) First I implemented it in HwndHook but soon I realized that it's much more difficult with all those messages to handle and then I re-wrote it to MetroWindow's mouse event handlers instead :P Have fun ;)
