Here's the offending line:

document.css("link[rel=stylesheet]").map { |link| [link, URI.parse(link['href'])] }

The error is caused by an invalid href inside the link tag. The error should be clearer, and that is a confirmed bug at this point, but I wonder if the invalid href is due to Roadie or a typo in your view.

Could you please review all <link href=""> inside your view?

I'll get error when I try to send blank email template, just with this line in my HAML template:

%link{:rel => "stylesheet"}/

I also tried to specify CSS with no success.

Well, you have no href on that link element.

Here's an example that assumes you have a app/assets/stylesheets/emails.css file:

%link(rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/emails.css")/
