I don't understand what this means.
The ORGANIZER and ATTENDEE properties in the ICS data you posted do not have valid email addresses. Maybe that is causing the issue.

I mean to say whenever we send an invite over mail it's shows three button i.e yes, no and maybe. Whenever we click on any one of them it automatically sends the revert to organizer ID. So in my scenerio I am able to send event invite but not getting the revert mail.

If the mail client is displaying the yes/no/maybe buttons, that's a good sign that the ICS file is OK.
I would try sending a calendar invite using a different application to see if the organizer receives the revert mail. If the organizer still doesn't receive the revert mail, that suggests the problem lies with the email client software or with the organizer's email account.
