Update deps action is not working when it's called from the main branch

After investigating the issue, I found that it was caused by a commit that does not belong to the current forked branch. Because of this, the action logic couldn't fetch the log. This happened due to the merge of an intermediate executor package that shouldn't have been merged. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it now. I have updated to the proper version, and future updates should work fine since the issue was not triggered by a problem in the code but by the incorrect merge of executor versions that shouldn't have been performed.
