Add support for greater-than or lower-than

Hi,

Thanks for taking care of my request. I may have an idea for an easier implementation of this, instead of creating several components, a single one which could accept a list of size to display, for example "SM,MD" or "SM;MD" or "['SM','MD']" (I don't know which format is the best) would display when screen size match SM or MD.

And with customized measures minimum and maximum : =>
