But it appears some error, perhaps due to packed files.

The fix that I must add the file copy in : https://github.com/marcocesarato/PHP-Antimalware-Scanner/tree/master/src
is the same level with the file scanner.

It's not like at first was only just file scanner. But so is very good then. Thank you again!
