How you tried send your package?
From direct url, file hosting url, maybe a pkg file?
You tried use the RemotePackageInstaller method or Goldhen method?
You have any firewall in your computer or router?
Maybe your PC x PS4 network is over more than one router?
I can't tell what is the problem without information.

I tried from pkg file and i only use before direct pkg installer package sender i dont know about goldhen method....i have firewall on the computer and the PC x PS4 use one wifi network with one router

The DirectPackageInstaller can install games with 2 methods, the "RemotePackageInstaller" homebrew, or using the Goldhen payload server, by default the DirectPackageInstaller will try use the Goldhen method, if that method don't works for you, you can disable the Payload Server in the Goldhen settings and use the old "RemotePackageInstaller" homebrew instead.
If you're using the goldhen method this maybe a issue with the payload being executed multiple times and unable to do the socket connection with the DirectPackageInstaller, in that case, just reboot the PS4 and shold works again.

I already restart the ps4 and nothing works im trying to send remote pkg installer to the ps4 via SENDER but its says could not open the pkg and i dont know how to send it... im very confused about how 1,2 times works and then stopped...

You mean "Failed to open the PKG", you're using windows, linux or macOS?

The DirectPackageInstaller as well don't need use this sender, if you don't know how to use there are some few tutorials in the youtube.

Okay thanks but what can i do about direct pkg installer ?

You may try enabled the ShowError in the Settings.ini file, then the DirectPackageInstaller will display any error while opening a pkg

I dont find it where it is ? i download ur file windows-64x and there is only exe file and others files but no settings.ini

i fix it thanks anyway just stopped the firewall and everything is ok now ! :)
