Use ml. prefix for independent modules

One of my goals is to move some components (like the mlrest service) into bower modules, which would partially address this.

Yes, that would be great. Which components were you thinking of?

Initially the mlrest service, and the facets directive, to be followed by
others. The advantage of doing this is that projects based on this
generator could get updates to those components more easily by just
changing the version number in the derived project's bower.json.

Should this issue stay open for coordinating future projects, or can it be closed?
