Changed to major as there really is no way to do JSON document patch completely in Java now.

Hi Kim, I assigned this to you and back to me to draw your attention to it. As part of the breaking changes for JSON, the DocumentPatchBuilder will also have a breaking change. By default, the path language for JSON patches was JSONPatch. Now it's XPath.

Thanks, Charles. I've added this to the bugtrack bug I'm using to track incompatibilities (27049). Just to make sure I understand: Your choices are to either convert your path expressions to XPath or set the path language to JSONPath. Is that correct?

I've committed this fix to the b3_0 branch. After Sam and I have agreed on stability we will update some of the other branches and clean things up.
