You can find all options available divided in the Command Pallette under the Xdebug namespace, main menu through Tools / Xdebug and context menu.

Regarding your question about the UI buttons, which was also asked in #10 and will stick with my answer

It would be possible, but I am choosing not to, I do not want to clutter the view with unnecessary buttons/fake test and distract from the focused data, personally I think you would be able to achieve it (faster) with the keyboard shortcuts.
