実装するものは
・AltBackpropクラス（model．いい名前が思いつかない）
・Langevin sampling用のdistribution（ガウス分布を継承？というかLangevin samplingはAltBackprop内に書いてもいいかもしれない）

Gaussian_nonvarをGaussianConstantVarに変更すると使いまわせそう．
・今は分散を1に固定しているが，初期化の段階で，分散を引数として与えることができるようにする（初期値は1にする）．
・出力値を平均，与えられた値を分散として尤度を計算&サンプリングできるようにする．
