After checking the account list, I see that you're right as somehow a education account appear at the account list that holds an expired vNext license, blocking the ones created by MAS.

Works perfectly! though I personally like not to modify system files so I switched back to Online KMS 😄

That's great! Does it mean the sppc.dll in system32 got shadowed by the one in vfs in Office directory?

yes, Ohook will only add a .dll file, it wont modify any system or office related files.
