Close after fix. 6e38d66

主要问题是，第一个邮箱绑定跳出来页面的域名和主域名不一致（这个是之前域名更换导致的），第二个邮箱绑定跳出来页面不能发验证码，主要做包优化的时候，是geetest没有加载进去.
