Strict option throws error

Ok, so here is the example:

x = [0:0.1:(2_pi)];
fig1 = figure; grid on; hold all; box on;
plot(x,sin(x), '-.', 'Linewidth', 2);
plot(x,cos(x), '-^');
plot( x, 0.05_abs(cos(10.*x)), '-' );

legend('\sin(\stheta)','\cos(\stheta)');
xlabel('0 \leq \stheta \leq 2\pi')
mywidth = 7.5;
matlab2tikz( 'figmatlab2tikz.tikz', ...
'width', [num2str(mywidth),'cm'], 'strict', true )

Under MatlabR2010b this throws the above mentioned error.

This is not based on the Matlab File Exchange Version but of a Version directly here fro github. If it helps you, the zip file has the name nicki-matlab2tikz-0.1.0-14-gbba666e.zip.

IRC this error occured also for the official file exchange version and I then tried the current version from the repository, but I am not sure anymore.
