While the cpu is high, can you access the filesystem anyway?

No, there is not the problem.

MegaFuse -c /home/pi/MegaFuse/MegaFuse-master/megafuse.conf -f -o allow_other -o uid=1000 > /dev/null 2>&1 &

Yes, I can access the filesystem.

thanks. I found the source of the issue, it appears when there is no standard input available (./MegaFuse </dev/null).
I'm now profiling the program to find the offending function.
