The predicate field classes (HttpPredicateFields, TcpPredicateFields) seem to contain the data that would be in the requests for each protocol type (minus the timestamp), but I don't think I want to re-use those for the retrieved imposters.

There is a pull request pending (#22) that will add HTTPS support. The GetImposter workflow should be updated to support this protocol as well before publishing the v3 package.
