Remove watched videos options have no effect anymore

I believe that it is working on my end. Videos are removed automatically and when the "Remove watched videos" button is clicked. However they do still show up if i refresh the page once. If i refresh it a few time then it eventually disappears for good suggesting to me that something is again up with YouTube. Can you confirm this your end or is your problem different?

On my end the button doesn't appear. But individual buttons appear for each videos. The delayed effect issue I've encountered before but I believe it's youtube doing it.
I believe that because that button doesn't appear, maybe that's why the Automatically remove watched videos. has no effect either.

I've the following settings enabled:
Enable the 'Remove' button next to each video.
Change the YouTube icon URL.
Redirect "YouTube.com"
http://www.youtube.com/feed/subscriptions
Enable "Remove all watched videos".
Automatically remove watched videos.
Remove "Recomended Channels" from the homepage.

and that's all.

Selecting "Automatically remove watched videos" removes the button to remove the watched videos (as they should automatically be removed). If you just select "remove watched videos" but not "automatically ..." there should be a button on the left of the homescreen. Does this clear the watched videos?

Is there any output in the console that might be helpful?

Possibly fixed the issue in latest update. Are you using chrome canary?

not sure what that is, but I'm using some chromium dev version:
Version 39.0.2145.4 (8f3c881c091a8eb8bc9df2ed45e11a4ed35e628a) (64-bit)

I think that it may be that. It runs fine on my normal version of chrome but threw errors on canary (dev version). Maybe they run stricter Javascript? Either way the latest update fixed the problems my end, any luck at yours?
