[month view] add tooltips to event bubbles

Create a vanilla tooltip implementation that isn't dependent on bootstrap. Probably as a separate module.

Recurring events

Needs a better design than the ng1 version that will allow events to recur at any interval

[month view] option to display events on all day cells

Manually prefix all CSS classes

Doing it via postcss is confusing and is a poor DX if a user wanted to import the sass files into their project

Event title formatting provider

Allows the event title to be changed to add start dates etc

implement click / edit / delete callbacks

Maybe remove the refresh emitter

Can get the same behaviour by doing events="events | async" and having events as an observable.

[month view] re-add the month view tick for the open day

Better to just add a "selected" class to month cells then there is no need for icons either

Remove the calendarTitle pipe

Can just be replaced with the calendarDate pipe

Dont bundle sass files with the dist files

Add new option to each view to specify the locale

Drop the moment dependency

Now that all the date formatting is extracted it is easy to replace all the moment functions with this lib: https://date-fns.org/

[day view] hourSegmentClicked output is only triggered when a time is clicked

The mouse over effect is broken as well due to the splitting of the times and events

Break all components up into smaller dumb child components

Will make overriding each directives templates a lot easier if you only want to change one part: #16

Rename date input to viewDate

It's more explicit and matches the ng1 version better

Provide a way of overriding each components templates

Plan of action:

• move calendarDayViewEventComponent business logic up into the parent day view component. All child components will now be "dumb" and easier to pass a custom template in
• refactor month view header into its own component
• refactor week view header into its own component
• make all dumb child components accept a custom template like this
• expose all child components from the module entry point - this will let users use component inheritance to extend any of the components

@mattlewis92 I am trying to submit it to builtwithangular2.com and I noticed that the demo link wasn't quite working. Is there an alternative ? If you'd like, I can set it up so that it is hosted somewhere, but wanted to bring it to your attention regardless 😄

Provide a way of customising the badge total

Put the number on each day cell and then allow it to be modified by the cell modifier

Don't bundle the calendar-utils module

Need to export it first on the global namespace for people not using a module bundler

CSS classes

Allow custom CSS classes to be set on events

[month view] events aren't allocated to the correct months

• the blue event on the 30th shouldn't appear
• the red events on the 7th should span across to the 8th as well
  

Prefix all CSS classes with `cal-`

Some classes are very generic and could be overridden by global classes
