[REGRESSION] Shell-script completion no longer works with command-fifo/response-fifo

I did not expect anybody would use the fifos with shell script completion... Not sure how to solve that as the moment as enabling them in async shell script candidates would allow arbitrary state changes happening at unpredictible times.

I did find a decent workaround using an explicit fifo and kak -p

define-command repro -params .. ''

complete-command repro shell-script-candidates %{
    mkfifo /tmp/fifo
    echo "echo -to-file /tmp/fifo 'a\nb\nc'" | kak -p "$kak_session" &
    cat /tmp/fifo
    rm /tmp/fifo
}

It's racy, unlike the previous approach, but the advantage is that the completions (which can be quite large in my plugin) are now populated asynchronously.
