Dynamic UI Component does not work in Containers

Describe the bug
Dynamic UI Component rebuilds does not do anything in a UIMenu for some reason

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new UIMenu
2. in the build method return a child of DynamicUIComponent
3. when the child is rebuild the UI does not change

Expected behavior
The ui should change when the child is rebuilt

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Mod Version [e.g. 1.20.6 - 2.0.4]
• Modloader Version [e.g. Neoforge 1.20.6 20.6.119]

IGuiEventListeners are not clipped

Describe the bug
When using a Clip UIComponent with IGuiEventListener, the IGuiEventListener still have the full size after clipped

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a new UI with a Clip
2. Create a Button as a child to Clip
3. Button visual will be clipped but the clipped out area is still interactable

Expected behavior
Clipped out area should not be interactable

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Mod Version: 1.0.1
• Modloader Version: Forge 1.16.5 - 36.2.34

I can't think of a good way to fix this as of right now
