I have no idea what compression method will be better then the one within the mp4 codecs... Normally, these videos are already compressed.

Maybe you can ask in the powerarchiver forums for that?

But you can also try the different methods of 7-Zip ZS and share the results ;)

Usually there is no point. Too slow, too few profits.

Video/Audio/Picture encoders are better than the general file compressor because they know the the features of data and get better compression ratio, such as png, jpeg, h264, aac...
If you try to use general file compressor to compress these files, sometimes the result is bigger than before.
So, this is no point unless you want to pack them or the format is raw such as bmp...
