I bring over 16 years of customer support experience, coupled with education in Flatiron School's Full-Stack Software Engineering program where I developed proficiency in Python with Flask, SQLAlchemy, RESTful conventions, public/custom APIs, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, React, Postman, Salesforce, Jira, HTML, and CSS.

Alongside my technical journey, I leverage a dynamic background in artistic endeavors, honed during my tenure as a sign artist at Trader Joe’s, where I crafted visually captivating artwork to enhance product marketing strategies. I also possess expertise in content creation and technical writing, allowing me to effectively communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
