I would definitely like to see this run under Windows. We run Apache 2.4.x under Windows and this looks like a great tool to bring performance data into New Relic.

My main issue is the core depends on my https://github.com/gmr/clihelper library which depends on python-daemon for running as a UNIX daemon process. I don't have a Windows box or know best practices with regards to kicking off service level processes. I will do some investigation which I can test with a VM, but could use some guidance from some Windows (Python) developers with regard to best practices here.

I'm not a Python developer, but the other New Relic plugins have left the service management details to be added by the user. I've been using other plugins by using the Non-Sucking Service Manager to manage the service details, but people could also use Srvany or another similar tool. If you made it possible to run your plugin without the clihelper dependency, then Windows users could use that version for now, until you decide how you want to manage a Windows version.

On a lighter note I wondered why image went between your's and Brian's when I posted and then I realised it was alphabetically sorted and that the first letters of our usernames form BFG :).
