'Turned gray' usually means not receiving any more data... Are you sure your agent is still up and running?

Can you provide log data from /var/log/newrelic/newrelic_plugin_agent.log?

I am also facing the same issue. Last message is as below
Sending 23 metrics to NewRelic
After that the next polling cycle didn't start. Can you please tell where the issue is?

Last message doesn't help. I need to see the full context, with any sensitive info redacted.
Before submitting the log, please change the logging level in the config to DEBUG from INFO for the loggers.
