可以正常生成，我把你的dimen数据拿去测试了，bat批处理方式和As插件方式都可行。
我怀疑是你修改的地方不对。
添加基础的dp和sp值，需要修改的文件是res/values/dimens.xml文件。
在使用bat或AS插件批量生成时，是解析res/values/dimens.xml文件数据，然后批量写入其他res/values-swXXXdp/dimens.xml文件中。在除res/values/dimens.xml文件之外的地方修改都是无效的。
