pip install -r requirements.txt

yes because you have v1.3.3 need discord.py==0.16.12.
try to run:
pip uninstall discord.py
and install requirements after

Can confirm that discord has blocked checking if the selfbot is ready to use.
Looking into options, as of right now this boy is isn't working.

Discord has blocked self bots, this bot used Discord.py which has also blocked selfbots.
This has been ported to a new API made by arandomnewaccount and I.
Please update the script.
