Add support to widget for callback

Today is your lucky day, as the latest beta has this ability. Try this as your callback...

function (newContent) {
    $(this).prepend(newContent);
}

Just make sure you have the option appendCallback set to false. Boom.

What further options would you like to see? I'm currently rewriting the API and we're gearing up for a 2.0 release, so your input would be helpful. Thanks!

Just any of the jquery plugin config options that we'd normally have access
to if we were instantiating the plugin directly.
Otherwise the widget seems good enough for me :-)

In about a week or two, the whole API / documentation will be rewritten, so the new features will be available to everyone in detail.
