IE specific show()/hide() instead of fadeTo()

One feature I'd like to add to the plugin is the ability to call a function to determine what to do for showing and hiding. The current fadeIn and fadeOut can easily be achieved with CSS3 instead of jQuery animation and should be something available to developers.

By adding that feature, it will make this issue moot as you'll be able to decide if you want to target specific cases like browser, features, etc.

You can totally specify this however you want now with loadingStart and loadingEnd!
