This might be isolated to just the way masked forwarding is working.

done, masked forwarding is set on. Safari PC having issues...

I just took a look -- Yikes! I'm guessing that CSS transforms are messing everything up. My recommendation is to disable transforms

  $container.isotope({
    itemSelector : '.box',
    transformsEnabled : false
  });
});

or you could add some evil browser sniffing

transformsEnabled : !$.browser.safari

That was the first thing I tried after looking at your docs. I don't think it worked. I only have a Mac at home. Will play with it monday at work and let you know.

I tried to load:

$(document).ready(function() {
$container.isotope({
itemSelector : '.box',
transformsEnabled : !$.browser.safari
});
});

Page loaded and behaved properly until a filter was clicked. Then page scrolled around elements again
