I totally get what you're saying. The whole point of Packery is that it fills the gaps, so I'm a bit reluctant to shim in something that goes against that programming. Thank you for providing an example!

I'm curious - have you tried using Masonry or Isotope?

Yeah, I've looked at both Masonry and Isotope, but the reason I went with Packery is because of the stamp function. I found a way around this, though, where I create a new wrapper for the new content and place it under the previous wrapper. The only problem with this is that the new content is all top-aligned, which isn't super nice, but it works.

And I see what you mean about not wanting to do a fix for something that Packery isn't supposed to fix. As I said, I have a decent enough workaround for now, but if you decide to look into this, I'd be very happy.
