It is a pleasure to provide technical support for the membership system.
LXDAO has a self-developed membership system, and has also customized and developed it for other DAOs. These development experiences can help in this regard.
Regarding the technical support of membership system governance, if it is off-chain (gasless, such as Snapshot), smart contracts may not be needed. If it is on-chain governance (such as tally), the governance smart contract provided by Openzeppelin is a mature and reliable technical solution.
